Welcome to Middlebury Pediatric Dentistry, the office of Dr. Brian Collins and Dr. Andy Collins. The practice in Middlebury opened in October 2016, and is accepting new patients. Our patients range in age from newborns to 18 years. A referral to our practice is not necessary; parents are welcome to select us to be their children’s “dental home.” We provide comprehensive pediatric dental care, with an emphasis on prevention. If restorative treatment is needed, our goal is to provide it in a comfortable and relaxed environment.
A specialist in Pediatric Dentistry for over 30 years, Dr. Brian Collins is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, and a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. He has served as a Consultant and an Examiner for the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. Collins is the Vermont Public Policy Advocate for the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. He is a member of the Vermont State Dental Society and the American Dental Association. Also, Dr. Collins is on staff at Porter Medical Center and UVM Medical Center, in order to provide care in a hospital setting when appropriate.
Dr. Andy Collins joined the practice in 2020. Dr. Andy is a graduate of Middlebury College, The Dartmouth Institute for Health Policy and Clinical Practice at Dartmouth College, and Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. He completed his residency in Pediatric Dentistry at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, and the Floating Hospital for Children at Tufts Medical Center. Dr. Andy is a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. He is also on staff at Porter Medical Center and UVM Medical Center, in order to provide care in a hospital setting when appropriate.
